![]() ![]() I bought one 6 months ago with 10 accessories. The quality now is no better than any others on the market. For rack and tray cleaning, I use that dawn spray (I bought the big 3-4 litre jug off Amazon and use it to make my own solution, you'll get like 50 spray bottles out of it for the cost of 2 of thr actual spray.)Īll in all I use the thing about twice a day, highly recommended, bring on additional questions. Clearance for the doors to open full is vital, as they will just swing back shut if you don't full open them 135 degrees each. Inner walls haven't needed much cleaning but a quick daily wipe would be nice to keep that eventual unavoidable sticky grease/oil later from building up. I don't use the tray for anything that's soggy that will get baked into it (unless I have no choice, I'll put that stuff on the rack which is easier to clean (like wet marinated chicken). I put a silicone mat on the drip tray, that will reduce your cleaning IMMENSELY. Haven't used rotisserie yet unfortunately, but I'm confident it'll be awesome.Ĭlean up is challenging, but a few tips tricks can help. The presets are plentiful and mostly good, but you'll likely tweak based on preference. I did 35 chicken wings divided between the basket and the stainless steel rack and they came out great. Cooking works as good as any other air fryer I've used, and the large capacity is beautiful. Browns nicely though, and I tossed the toaster to save space. You can stick it in for 3 mins no preheat if you want, it'll just be overall a bit dryer inside. 1 minute preheat then toast in for 2 mins comes out good. I would say 2 inches clearance above, behind, and sides is good, however more if it's a more delicate kind of surface like drywall, and more if it is all sides enclosed, or you have it sandwiched between 2 other largish appliances like a microwave and (something else boxy and big on the counter, I can't think of anything.). ![]() My air fryer experience prior had been using some of the smaller dedicated air fryers, and using an 8qt instant pot duo crisp air fryer function for about a year (beotch to clean, but I did it).įew weeks in I absolutely love the Kalorik. ![]() I bought this prior for $180 expecting a sale, then did PA at $40 and will again seeing this additional $20. Mas anyone here had any personal experience with this oven? ![]()
